Why is there an application to join?

SFP isn’t just a brand, it’s a collective of wine and food enjoyers who understand that it's best done with friends.

As a member, you’ll unlock exclusive access to wholesale offerings, good vibes, and a community that knows how to make wine fun.

We strive to cultivate a chill "anti-karen" community so we prefer that we grow deliberately with a preference toward referrals. 

Why is there a membership fee?

We’re just two people trying to organize friends and have a great time. Given we’re selling bottles close to cost, we need a way to keep the community at a manageable size. Additionally, the annual fee allows us to slowly build enough capital to:

• Carry more inventory as opposed to waiting for a case to be pre-ordered
• Providing more pickup opportunities (we'll start at monthly)
• Scale logistics so we can ship directly to you vs. only providing pickup days
• Fund community events

Okay but why $20/month?

“We usually buy you guys a bottle of wine as a thank you for organizing us so why don’t you do that?” - a smart friend and member of the community

A bit of business modeling but mostly because when we asked our existing SFP community they thought $20 was a great place to start.

How do I get my wine?

One weekend a month, we'll be hosting a pickup party at Ladera Park on Slauson and La Brea. This means you may have to wait a few days or weeks to get your wine.

That being said, we're all friends here. If you need your wine sooner than the pickup date, we'd be happy to try to get your order to you earlier. Just shoot us a message and we can figure something out!
