Origin Story

One defining friends trip to Los Olivos got us into wine. We had spent the day wine tasting (which led to a stock of 3 cases of wine), hanging out by the pool (while imbibing in said cases), and ending the night with an epic meal cooked over a Santa Maria grill under the stars. The vibes were strong.

Many factors contributed to this magical night but the flowing wine set it over the top. Buying in bulk directly from the wineries made this evening feel accessible, like the party didn’t have to happen once a year as a splurge. So we asked ourselves - what if we kept this party going? And invited more people to join? 

San Fatty Provisions (SFP) was inspired by this night and our love of feasting and merriment with our community.

We aim to procure wine with and for the SFP community, distribute it as close to cost, and keep the party going.
